02 / Service requests & proposals
A proposal request starts an assessment of your needs; it does not imply acceptance or the start of work. Approved proposals and contracts define scope, cost, milestones and responsibilities.
03 / Accounts & responsibilities
Users provide accurate information, protect login credentials and report unauthorised access. Organisation representatives receive permissions based on approved authorisation.
04 / Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully, respect the rights of others and do not disrupt services or access data or permissions without authorisation.
05 / Content & intellectual property
Respect rights in content, designs and brands. The project agreement defines ownership, licences, third-party components and the conditions of their use and handover.
06 / Prices & hosting
Approved proposals specify currency, taxes, billing cycle, support scope and hosting specifications. Unpublished prices or specifications cannot be inferred from prototype cards.
07 / Communication & response
The first response to a service request is within two hours. This differs from preparing a detailed proposal or completing work; contracted service support levels are defined in their agreements.
08 / Changes & disputes
